ROOMS

All rooms are private with bunk beds and are equipped with sink and mirror, TV, AC, heater.

Bathrooms are shared and are located on each floor.

ACCOMMODATIONS/AMENITIES 

All accommodations include complimentary breakfast and free use of Wi-Fi.

Breakfast is served daily between 8am-11am. Every morning, our homemade waffles are served alongside assorted cereal, toast, seasonal fresh fruit, coffee, orange juice and various teas. Snacks (cookies, dried fruits and nuts) are also available thru out the day.

Kitchen is equipped with microwave and refrigerator.

Please be advised that we are in a 3 story walk-up building - meaning there are no elevators. Our front desk/office is one flight of stairs up from the main entrance and most of our rooms are on the two floors above.

Internet kiosks come with printer and scanner.

For guests with an extended length of stay, house keeping is available upon request.

Extra towels and linens are available upon request.

POLICIES

Check in is at 1pm. A valid ID and credit card (Master or Visa only) must be presented along with full payment upon arrival to check in.

Check out time is at 11am. There is a charge fee of $42.50 for all late check outs. Maximum stay is 21 days.

Guests under 18 years old should have parental consent and valid student ID upon arrival.

Cancellations must be received 24 hours the day prior arrival. All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card.

Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the equivalent of a night’s rate. There is no refund on groups of 10 people or more.
